What We Do
Eight24 Solutions is a Baltimore-based social enterprise that breaks the cycle of generational poverty by doing what traditional workforce programs don’t: we provide immersive XR skills training in high-demand trades, remove the barriers that prevent people from getting to work, and build the soft skills that keep them employed. We serve justice-involved individuals, disadvantaged youth, and anyone the system has left behind. From the headset to the job site — we complete the pathway.
