THE COMPLETE PARTNERSHIP
Eight24 brings the full program to your location — from pre-loaded VR headsets to structured daily curriculum to job placement assistance. Your organization provides the learners and a facilitator. We handle everything else.
From discovery call to job placement here’s how it works
1
Discovery Call
We start by understanding your organization’s needs, the community you serve, and the goals you want to achieve. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a conversation about whether Eight24 is the right fit.
2
Partnership Agreement
Together, we align on program scope, schedule, and expected outcomes. We’ll outline exactly what Eight24 delivers and what your organization provides — transparency from day one.
3
Equipment Delivered
Pre-loaded VR headsets arrive at your location, configured and ready to use. No setup required. No technical expertise needed. We handle all the hardware and software.
4
Program Launches
Learners begin structured daily training with your on-site facilitator. Eight24 provides the curriculum, tech support, and ongoing guidance. Your facilitator manages the cohort using our proven framework.
5
Professional Development
Beyond VR training, every learner receives structured coaching in communication, workplace dynamics, conflict resolution, and interview preparation. We build job-ready professionals, not just technically certified workers.
6
Job Placement
Eight24 assists with employer connections, placement support, and follow-up. We don’t just train people and walk away — we help them get hired and stay employed.
A true partnership
Low burden for you, high impact for your students.
What Eight24 Brings:
- Pre-loaded VR headsets (Meta Quest, Pico, HTC Vive Focus)
- Structured daily curriculum for the full program duration
- Technical support and troubleshooting (phone, email, online)
- Facilitator training and ongoing guidance
- Professional development curriculum
- Job placement assistance and employer network connections
What Your Organization Provides:
- Learners ready to commit to the program
- An on-site facilitator to manage the cohort
- A physical space for training (classroom, meeting room, etc.)
That’s it. Eight24 delivers the technology, the curriculum, the support, and the placement pathway. You provide the people and the space. This is what makes our model scalable and sustainable for partner organizations.
No prior VR experience required.
We start every cohort with an onboarding phase to get learners comfortable with the headsets and controls before they begin trade-specific training.
How the VR training actually works
Eight24’s training platform uses industry-leading VR headsets — Meta Quest, Pico, and HTC Vive Focus — to deliver immersive, hands-on simulations of real-world job tasks. Learners practice welding beads, diagnosing HVAC systems, fitting pipes, framing structures, and repairing vehicles in photorealistic virtual environments.
The simulations provide real-time feedback on technique, speed, accuracy, and safety. Learners can repeat tasks as many times as needed without wasting materials or risking injury. AI-powered personalization adapts the difficulty and pacing to each learner’s progress, ensuring no one falls behind and no one is held back.
By the time a learner touches real equipment on a job site, they’ve already built the muscle memory and confidence to perform the task correctly. That’s the power of immersive learning — and it’s why VR-trained workers complete tasks 4x faster than classroom-trained workers.
VR training is only half the picture
Technical skills get people hired. Soft skills keep them employed. That’s why every Eight24 cohort receives structured professional development training alongside VR simulations.
Learners build skills in communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, time management, and workplace professionalism. They practice mock interviews, develop resumes, and learn how to present themselves confidently to employers. We teach them how to show up on time, ask for help when they need it, handle feedback, and navigate workplace dynamics.
This isn’t a one-hour workshop. It’s woven into the daily curriculum across the full program duration. By graduation, learners don’t just have a certification — they have the mindset and habits employers want to see.
What placement assistance actually means
Eight24 guarantee to do everything to connect graduates with employers who are actively hiring.
What we do:
- Build and maintain an employer network in each region where we operate
- Share graduate profiles with hiring partners (with learner consent)
- Provide interview preparation and resume support
- Coordinate job fairs, site visits, and direct introductions
- Follow up with graduates and employers post-hire to support retention
What affects placement success:
- Learner engagement and program completion
- Local employer demand for the specific trade
- Graduate willingness to pursue opportunities presented
- Market conditions and hiring cycles
We’re transparent about this because it matters. Eight24’s role is to prepare people for employment and open doors — but the final step of getting hired and staying employed depends on the graduate showing up ready to work.
