The workforce development system isn’t broken because people stopped caring. It’s broken because it was never built to handle every barrier at once — and the people who need careers most keep falling through the cracks between programs that were never designed to connect.
Geoff Crawford saw that gap up close. His career across corporate leadership, technology development, and reentry research gave him one clear conviction: the problem wasn’t a lack of programs. It was a lack of pathways. Eight24 is his answer — a complete program that doesn’t stop until graduates are employed and equipped to stay that way.

Geoff built Eight24 at the intersection of corporate executive leadership, technology development, and deep community work in reentry and workforce access. He founded Eight24 because he’d seen too many programs that trained people and called it done. He knew the gap wasn’t effort — it was architecture. The Mamba Mentality isn’t a brand choice for Geoff. It’s the standard he brings to every cohort Eight24 runs.
