Learners don’t watch videos or read manuals — they practice. Using Meta Quest, Pico, and HTC Vive Focus headsets, participants train across five trades: Welding, HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, and Automotive Technology.
We don’t just teach. We mobilize. By addressing logistical realities, we prevent dropouts before they happen.
PILLAR 2: REBUILD
Remove the barriers. Keep people in the
program.
Transportation is the #1 reason low-income individuals drop out — not motivation. For eligible participants, the Rebuild pillar addresses logistical realities: transportation support and temporary housing assistance.
Technical skills get people hired. Lifestyle keeps them employed.
A certification opens the door. What happens next depends on professional character. Through a daily curriculum, we build the “Mamba Mentality”: Fearless, Relentless, Obsessive.
